The kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom of CRC Maesta will have vitrified tiles, and the toilets will have ceramic tiles. The stairs and landings will have Kota flooring or marble, while the balconies will have anti-skid ceramic flooring. The dado will be ceramic tiles 600mm high above the counter slab in the kitchen and toilets. A textured paint of exterior grade will finish the exterior. The interior walls and ceilings will be painted with plastic emulsion. There will be electrical points for the fireplace and hob in the kitchen and granite or marble counters.
There will be 8-foot high doors with polished hardwood frames. A highly polished hardwood frame will also be on the inside door. Exterior doors will be UPVC/powder-coated aluminum. With an additional wire mesh panel in the toilets, the windows will be aluminum composite powder coated with anodized aluminum hardware. As per standard practice, internal plumbing will be done with Gi/CPVC/composite. The sanitary fixtures and fittings will be premium.
The wiring will be concealed in conduits, and there will be enough light and power points, phone and TV outlets, and drawing and dining rooms. A molded modular plastic switch and a protective McB will be used. According to seismic zone standards, the building will be earthquake-proof. There will be two passenger lifts, one service lift, and a backup generator to keep emergency and safety facilities, lifts, and common areas running.
